Founder Gary Kiecker believes this to be the case and is why he started Northstar Business Intelligence Group in 2018, to help small business owners find a better way to manage and grow their own businesses in the right directions and live a better life. Over his many years working for small businesses as either the Owner, President or CFO / Controller, he himself has experienced or has seen other business owners struggle because of a lack of necessary information, processes and proper planning, which could have enabled them to see more options and create better solutions for the challenges their businesses faced every day.

I've worked with Gary for the past 20 years as his capacity as CFO/Controller at a number of shared clients over the years. I most recently brought him in on a client who had gotten behind on their internal accounting which was creating a mess for year-end purposes.
